It’s that time of the week again! This has been an eventful week, but at the same time, I didn’t do much of anything. I ate as I should (for the most part), but I didn’t exercise. Overall, I was very lax with my regimen. It’s all right though, it’s only one week. I’ll do better this week.
I don’t have much to say about this past week, so I’ll cut to the chase…
I managed to lose .6 pounds since last week! I don’t know how, but I did. It’s not even a full pound, but for some reason, it’s more surprising to me than when I lose 4 pounds. I’m very happy about this. 🙂 I thought I was going to have a really, really bad week, but this is good. I’ll definitely take it!
I have no tempting holidays or events for another month. I plan to be on top of my game. I wanted to be down 50 pounds by the time of my birthday (one month from today), but I don’t think that’ll happen. In any case, I’m going to be a lot healthier this time around than I was last year so I’m happy and proud about that.
