Today I’m featuring Anonymous Fat Lady (Lady). Lady started her journey back in October on the eve of a vacation to Italy. With an amusing telling of her time in Italy, she was determined to succeed. She did just that! Before the holidays, Lady had a small setback, but she maintained her focus and overcame that setback. Bio: 53 yo, female, work FT, overweight as far back as I can remember. Currently I’m 274, and aching to lose at least 100 pounds so I can live life to the fullest. For now, I’m trying to eat cleaner but it’s certainly a struggle. Not only a struggle, this is very new to me. For 53 years I’ve hardly cooked, hardly exercised, and have eaten fast food or restaurant food several meals a week. I’ve been trying to improve over the last 2.5 months. I’ve made progress, but I have a long road ahead. I’m looking for supportive people…
